Time-dependent nature of TW compared with PW

While I appreciate your “Difference between TW/PW” Table early in the Presentation Slides, I’d like to suggest another category of significant difference, being “time”.  Can you please comment on how best to consider the time-dependent nature of TW as compared with PW, including during Design, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Modification and Demolition.

As mentioned, in the table time is represented by the design life of both, time allowed for planning, legacy and warranty liabilities and when they lapse. In very short, there is usually more time allowed for the design and planning of PW versus TW.
